Why do we constantly have reviews saying INVALID URL. We didnt change anything...why do we have to constantly go in and delete the picture and re-add? When you have thousands of items and 5-6 pics on each, that becomes rather time consuming...

Reinhart (016563000012) Funny thing is this item (1 of MANY) is published to 14 other customers who apparently don't have that issue? And it isn't just one picture on the item....it is ALL of the pictures that have these bad URLs.

Unfortunately, the "invalid URL" error you are encountering when publishing items w/ images to Reinhart is a known issue. This issue is on Reinhart's side, and since these are images and not external file links, we cannot use the FUSE spreadsheet to mass update the items in question. The only fix is to re-add the image(s) and save the item(s). If you continue to experience errors after correcting the errors as described, or if you have any other questions, please let us know so we can investigate.
