Error message - SLTL0007

I have uploaded with a FUSE sheet several times and gotten error messages. I have finally gotten all of them cleared except:

Errors
SLTL0007 : The file could not be processed because an invalid Record Type was found.

I cannot find what is wrong with a record type. I only see ITEM and MORE. How do I determine what needs to be fixed?

You are using an older FUSE template from 07/20/2024, please extract an item to generate the most recent FUSE template.
