Hello,
In one of my reviews for a customer the issue message is " invalid format type." What does this mean? There are no other details associated with the issue.

Would you please provide the GTIN and recipient you are experiencing this error with so that we can attempt to review the item to verify if there is an error or invalid attribute completed suppressed within the item triggering this error. Once we receive the GTIN we will then move forward.

Hello @bechols925 thanks for following up with the GTIN. We have reviewed the provided GTIN and do not see any GDSN issues. We would recommend reaching out to the recipient to see if they are able to provide the attribute that they are not accepting. Recipients can have a more restrictive list of values they accept for attributes compared to GDSN. We would also recommend asking for their valid value list for that attribute. We would then be able to help guide how to make the update in Item Management.
