Trade Item Feature Benefit Invalid Error

Hi, I'm getting this REVIEW request:  00700998805310:CIC999:Free Form Text to be populated by the Data Recipient:tradeItemFeatureBenefit - Invalid Format Type.

I'm guessing it is a character limit issue but not sure. What is the character limit for this field?

Or is it another issue. Thanks.

Hello @scottrosenberg thank you for reaching out! After checking the GTIN provided in the review message noticed that it validates successfully and the Features and Benefits section looks fine. As all the retailers that send over that review message are with Syndigo as a data pool we suggest either contacting the retailer or their data pool for details of what they are expecting/what needs to be changed.
