Indicators Error Message

Good morning team!

Please, see attached screen shots below regarding an error message I encountered this morning.

For what I understand, it's stating that I need to say "Yes" to the Package being the "Ordering Unit," even though the Case should be in this case.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Hello @nancyVigo , it's lovely talking to you again.

You can update the indicators without disrupting the publication, however please keep in mind that all indicators must have a value of True for every indicator but across the two different item GTINs.  If you try to publish an item where you do not have a value of True for one of the indicators across the hierarchy, you will encounter errors.

Please review the article that covers unit Indicators in IM where this would be covered and explained a bit better. Thank you!

Hello, @nancyVigo, thanks for continuing the use of the community.

From the screenshot you sent and from the status of the items you have tried to publish it appears that you have attempted to publish at the inner pack and each level of the hierarchy which triggered this error message of the ordering unit indicator not being true on those levels. You would only need to make the publication at the highest level of the hierarchy since that is where the ordering unit indicator is set as true and here is how to do that https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/IM-Quick-Sheets/How-to-Publish-amp-Confirm-Sync-Status-in-Item-M....

However, if you were asked to publish your item hierarchy at those levels then you can add the ordering unit indicator as yes to allow you to publish those items. I have also attached an article explaining how to have that attribute only be true for Walmart https://community.1worldsync.com/t5/Ask-A-Question-for-Item/Specific-Relationship-in-IM-Enhanced/m-p... in case you do not want that option for any other retailer. Thank you.

@alien, thanks so much for the prompt response!

As I look at these publications (CASE and PACK), I noticed the dates when they were entered and published, which was before I began updating items in 1WS.

I will look more into this issue to see how to best resolve it.

Since the PACK was published to Kroger and Wal-Mart, would it be possible to change the unit indicator to YES just for these two companies without disrupting the publications?

Thanks again!
