How to publish a case that contains inner packs

I have to publish a case that has inners. It looks like I got the hierarchy correct but neither the inner pack quantity nor the inner pack case dimensions showed up in my customers new item portal. I have searched this site for a tutorial on setting up a case with inners and have found nothing. If anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome!

A case that has inners will usually be a three level hierarchy, the middle level being a "Package", so please check that the Product Types are used correctly ("Case, "Package" and "Each") and that the correct information (Indicators, Weight and Dimensions) is listed on the GTIN set up as "Package".

If any changes are made, kindly make sure to Republish the item as NEW, following the steps listed HERE.
