Good morning team!
Back in 2020, I made all our items available to a particular customer (1FS) so they are able to see our items, as well as receive updates.
I have been asked to do the same for U.S. Foodservice, but I can't seem to find the area in 1WS where I can do the same function for them.
Your help is greatly appreciated!

Hi, @nancyVigo . I am not sure if your company did have access to the service in the past as I do not have access to this information.
I will get you in touch with Shay Freeman, our Account Manager assigned to your company, and she will contact and assist with more details about the service. Thanks!

Hello @nancyVigo, it's great chatting with you again.
You can publish your item catalog to the intended retailer and they will receive the information for all published items. Any future updates are also automatically sent to the retialer.
Please let us know if there is anything else we may assist with and we would be delighted to. Thank you!

Hi @nancyVigo, good to speak with you again. To be able to do a mass publication to a recipient, you can hover over the Publications tab and select Add Publications. You can expand the Refine By section to filter down to only send the Case if all of your items are in a hierarchy. Once GTINs are selected, you would then press the Add Pub button to select the recipient.

@Val_P and @JustinW, good morning!
I am currently on the page where I can do a mass publication and filtered all the items by CASE, as suggested.
I can see an "Add Pub" button at the top. Once I pick all the items and hit that button, will it take me to a place where I can pick U.S. Foods?
Also, by doing the mass publication to this particular customer, will they be able to grab any new items I enter in 1WS without needing to be published?
As far as I can tell, 1FS can pick up any item that I have entered as "New" or updated without the need of a publication.
Thanks again!

Hello @nancyVigo, it's great chatting with you again.
Once you select the needed items, you can click on the Publish Button, and it will have 2 steps in the publication process. In one step, you can choose the retailer, and in the second step, you can choose the publication type, either New or Initial Load.
The retailer will receive the items that you publish to them, but any new items created will not be received unless we publish them as mentioned above.

@George_C, thanks!
I am attaching a screen shot of 1FS under Manage Subscriptions to see if you can tell me how they were originally set up back in 2020.
I do not publish any items to them, yet they can retrieve any updates or additions I make to our items in 1WS.
I was wondering if I can set up U.S. Foods the same way instead of publishing our whole catalog.
Thanks again!

Hi @nancyVigo, thanks for the follow-up and additional information provided.
We have an Auto Publications offering that can be added, however this is currently not active for your company. If you would like more details about this, our assigned Account Manager for your company can assist there and we can get you in touch with them if needed.
The screenshot you provided is for a subscription you created for 1FS to your company - meaning that if 1FS were to publish items to your company, that subscription (along with other backend updates) would be necessary for the data to sync successfully. Adding a subscription will always be done by the retailer, so the party receiving the information should initiate the subscription.
On the other hand, under Subscriptions - Manage subscriptions - you can find your current outgoing subscriptions for your company, so any company in that list will receive your item data as long as the subscription criteria is met. I hope this helps. Thanks!

@Val_P, just so I understand, did we have the Auto Publications option back when I set up 1FS to receive our publications?
And, yes, I would like to find out more about this feature, thank you!
