How do I change the GTIN Number? The case currently reads 10834036000010 and it needs to read 00834036000013.

Hello @CH2, welcome to the customer community. Thanks for reaching out.
I've reviewed your items and I can see both GTINs already created and linked in Item Management.
I went ahead and attached the Item Management Quick Sheets if you'd like to review them as it covers Item Management. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Thank you!

Julie, I need to change the GTIN Number of 10834036000010 to 00834036000013. I have deleted the publication to my customer and unlinked the hierarchy. What is my next step?

Hello @CH2 thank for the response.
A GTIN number once created in the portal it cannot be modified. As you already have GTIN 00834036000013 in IM, you can modify it's product information if it not currently correct.
As GTIN 00834036000013 already exists in Item Management, you would not be able to create the same item again in the portal unless the one that you already have created is deleted. I have attached an article that goes through the steps on how to request a GTIN delete in case you would need it: How to Delete (Purge) GTIN from Item Management
Please let me know if further assistance is needed, thank you!

Is there a way to print the item and all its attributes? Per your suggestion above I am going to change GTIN 00834036000013 - each into a case.
Thank you

@CH2, please do not modify the items you currently have. From what I've reviewed you have both GTIN's already created in the portal and are already corresponding appropriate product types unless I misunderstood your hierarchy:
00834036000013 - EACH
10834036000010 - CASE
I am unsure why you would need to change the Case to the Each or the other way around. Can you provide me with additional details regarding what you're trying to accomplish? Thank you.
I've attached documentation that covers the FUSE file that can be used to export item information: Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets.

The below communication is from McLane.
If your case is arriving with a case upc of 834036000013 then I will need you to have a pub delete done on this item that is published, wait the 25 hours and then publish as new with just the Case and have the GTIN read 00834036000013 and the GS1 Trade item ID read 834036000013.

Thank you for the details @CH2 ! I've created a ticket for your request and have tried calling you but unfortunately I got your voicemail. Please reply to the ticket that I have created and I will try contacting you again. Thank you!
