@CommunityJedi22 I am confused . . hopefully, you can help! I have added products into the Information Management portal and the Product Introduction portal on 1WorldSync. I have filled out the Excel form for the buyer with all the details of each product, and now they are saying that they can't see our UPCs and they need the IMF form. The buyer doesn't have the form or any guidance on where to find the form so I went digging and found this form attached. I need to know if: A. Is this the correct form to submit supplements, or is it an outdated form? B. Do I need to do the additional Item Management and Product Information portals?

Hello @Sensitiva
Your items are currently in "Ready to List" and "In Process - Supplier" statuses in Kroger VIP (Product Introduction).
These items require Kroger top-off and hierarchy information for the final submission. Once the final submission is successfully validated and accurately completed, an IMF number will be assigned. There is no need to fill out any IMF spreadsheet form.

Hello @Sensitiva and welcome to the customer community. I am moving this post to the OM discussion area. I took a look in IM at your Sync Status Report, filtered by publications to Kroger, and see your GTIN 00860008714756 for Elevate Vegan Lip Balm has errors. I recommend you try publishing it again via Manage Publications and check the reports again. Once successful you will be able to top it off in VIP and submit to Kroger.
