Hierarchy issue

I want to change a hierarchy / edit it and am getting an error message

Want 24 each of 00077218459272 to go into 1 CASE of 10077218459279

Hello, @Paul34, and welcome back!

The Links cannot be changed while the item is published. Please withdraw all publications for the Case level, wait 25 hours, then proceed with the updates: Link the Each to the Case, update the "Base Unit Indicator" field to FALSE and change the "Total Count of All Products" field to 24, for the CASE GTIN, publish the Case to your customers once all changes have been made.

Hello @Paul34 and welcome to the customer community.  Thank you for reaching out.  You are encountering this error because one of the GTINs you are editing is published as part of another hierarchy.  Please look HERE to learn more about unlinking and HERE to learn more about removing pubs for changes like this.
