GFS (Gordon Food Service) - "Received" Message but customer cannot see it

Good afternoon team!

I published item with Gtin #10071072030049 last week to Gordon Food Service, but customer cannot see it yet.  I republished today, but I still see the message of "Received."

Would you know if the customer needs to do something on their end?

Hello @nancyVigo and welcome back to our community! GTIN  10071072030049 was sent successfully from the Item Management portal and the cin message was generated which shows a successful publication. We suggest contacting your retailer Gordon Food Service to send you an updated CIC as they are the ones updating the CIC Message Section.
