"Item not found" but I see it - how to correct errors?

Hi- I had my integration publish 30 items to the data pool (doing an Item Add for both Germany and the Netherlands), but I can only find them in Worklist or Item History Report (example GTIN: 00733132659722). I can see the errors (Data Validation Error), but I can't figure out how to fix them, since I can't open the actual records.  When I click on the GTIN, I get a msg bubble "This item is not found, and may have been removed". I can't export it as a FUSE sheet. Do I have my IT team try to force it back in, or is there a workaround to fix this IN 1WS?

Hello, 

Welcome to the Community. I have reviewed the item and its error. I located both by searching the item on your Worklist. The item does not open in Item Management as of now due to the "Data Validation Error" regarding the "Temperature Activity Code" suppressing the item add. Once the "Temperature Activity Code" is corrected please reattempt the item add.

Hi. Thanks. My question was how to correct that manually since I can't open it (or download a FUSE), I can only see it in Worklist or Report. There is no corresponding data Temp Code in our originating system, but in 1WS it probably should be "STORAGE_HANDLING - Trade item is being stored or handled". However, if I can only correct and upload via the integration, and that data does not exist (so can't pass through), then it seems like I'm stuck. Any suggestions? Thanks again.
