Failed Sending to subscriber message

I am trying to publish to a retailer and I am able to validate the product I have with no error messages or warnings but when going into the Sync Status of the item it is giving the message "Failed- Sending to Subscriber" Would anyone happen to know if this is a internal problem, if it is on my end or if it is on the subscribers end?

Hello Mason, and nice to chat with you on the Community. I went through and looked at GTIN 00722776005262 and on the Item History report, I see the following message for all levels of the hierarchy that is stopping the flow of content to the recipient.

If firstShipDateTime is less than or equal to the current date then preliminaryItemStatusCode must not equal 'PRELIMINARY'.

This would be updated under the date section in Item Management.

The following link goes over how to use the Item History report when you see this message.

So would this mean that I have to just change the First Ship Date/Time for it to process and not have an error message to all items in Hierarchy?  As in the First Ship date/Time is 19-Feb -2022 and the First Order Date/Time is 17-May-2023 it needs to be changed to the 18-May-2023?

It would need to be at least one day in the future, on all of the hierarchy.

Okay, I have fixed that and now have a item Hierarchy issue stating that one of the items needs to follow specified fields of : Tie, Tier are these abbreviations of something or am I missing something?

Hello again. I just want to confirm that we are still looking at GTIN 00722776005262. I see First Ship Date/Time (Start Availability Date) is still listed for back to May of this year. It would need to be at the earliest date of July, 19th.

For the hierarchy error, you would need to fill in the following fields.

The attribute Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti - Would be the number of cases that make a row on the pallet.

The attribute Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi - Would be the number of cases tall the pallet is.
You would also need to fill in Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity - This would be the TI value multiplied by the HI value.  The following article goes into more detail.
