Failed Sending to Subscriber

Hello - 

We have recently began to receive publication failure messages to a recipient (Sodexo: GLN 0860003749906) which includes the following error message, "9999: Data Recipient GLN is not a Data Recipient in our Data Pool'.  

This GLN is available in the drop down options in IM.

Is there an issue this recipient?
