I am trying to link my case of 8-10850045095052 with my each level 00850045095055 and they are not linking because my lower level does not match.

I will be publishing to Albertsons as soon as I can get this fixed.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hello @Lindam-63 

On your Each GTIN, please remove the TI/HI info and correct the value for Total Count of All products.  For an Each, that value should always be "1" and on [arent items it reflects the number of children directly under the parent

Another issue you will encounter is the pair of attributes you populated for TI/HI.  Since you do not have a pallet GTIN here and you are populating TI/HI on a non-pallet GTIN, you should use the non-GTIN versions of those attributes as seen below:

I have tried another case and each and this is what it is telling me. I have 8 in the total # of items in the case and on the each level I have 1.

Hello @Lindam-63 .  When I look at your most recent screen capture I see you linked only 1 Each to your Case.  If you have 8 Eaches in the Case then the link quantity should also be 8.  Can you try that and l;et me know how it goes?

@Lindam-63 Yes, in yoru Case/Each configuration, you should set it up like this:

Case = Total Count of All Product = 8 and number of Eaches linked to the Case = 8

Each = Total Count of All Product = 1
