Attribute value must be in list

I have an update that is being required for one of my items but I have NO idea what it's asking for. What does "Attribute value must be in list" mean?

Hello @Caroline_Lahn and thank you for the screenshot, that helps.

That CIC indicates a 1WS specific value was sent to a non-1WS trading partner, we would need some guidance from Performance Food Group / U.S. Foodservice Inc. / Shamrock Foods Company / Distribution Market Advantage Inc. / BEN E KEITH or their Datapool provider to determine which value it is they're referring to.

I am attaching a previous conversation with the same subject as it might help providing additional context: Gordon Food Service CIC Error Message "Attribute Value Must Be In List".

I would also like to notify you that your post has been moved under the "IM discussion" board. Thank you!

Hello @Caroline_Lahn

Welcome back to the 1WS Community!

You're encountering that error because the attribute only permits specific values, typically available in a dropdown menu. Only those values can be entered in that field.

Are you utilizing an SDL spreadsheet or updating manually within Kroger VIP?

I was using an SDL spreadsheet. How can I determine WHAT attribute is causing the issue? There is no indication of what attribute is causing the error...

Hello @Caroline_Lahn,
The error message does indicate which attribute(s) are incorrect.

Kindly provide a screenshot of the error message and attach your SDL for our team to assist.

Hello @Caroline_Lahn,
I'm circling back regarding my previous message. Have you been able to identify which attribute was causing the error on your SDL?

Hi There - apologies for the delay. I was out of town for work! Here is my screen shot. I don't see where the error message indicated what attributes are incorrect?

Ah, that makes sense. I can reach out to my contacts at each partner to see if they can provide me with some more details so I can fix the error. Thank you!
