@CommunityJedi  How do I change the UPC in the Item Management portal? All the UPC's have been changed. That is the disconnect I believe. And where is Manage Publications? And if I resubmit them in the Item Management portal and they are validated, is that what they are referring to when they say IMF?

You receive an IMF after going into the VIP Kroger portal and "top off" whatever extra attributes are required.

After filling all required attributes, you submit the item.  If there are no errors, you should be able to get the needed IMF.
