Hello!
I am inquiring about visibility in regards to who is assigned to working through an item on Albertson's end. When I submit an item in PI for review, it will randomly display who is working on it under "Assigned To:". Most of the time it does not. Is there any way to change this? I would like to know if the item has actually been assigned to someone on the data management side and who it is.
I am also experiencing long wait times for items to pass through each queue. Sometimes it's within a couple of days and sometimes I am waiting weeks. I have brokers that are requesting the same information as well. It seems, both of us are unsure why items take much longer than others. Is this common across other retailers?

Hi @SMCGINLEY welcome back to the Community. In regards to the Albertsons person who is currently working on the item, we would not have that information directly. If they have made any updates on the status of the item you would see that listed under the Workflow History section in Product Introduction.
Looking at the time it takes to approve items, it can vary greatly across retailers, as some have automated systems and others have people checking the items. My best recommendation to see why a particular item is taking longer than normal would be to reach out to the buyer for any insight.
