Hi/Ti population error

Hello, I am receiving the following error message and I can't work out what I've done wrong. Please see two attached photos. I have both of the fields populated, but it's saying that I don't. How can I get this corrected? Thank you! 

WARNING: On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Hi (nonGTINPalletHi) and Number of Units per Layer in a non-GTIN Pallet/Non GTIN Pallet Ti (nonGTINPalletTi) must be populated.

The values you entered are correct, and it appears that the item was published successfully today.

Can you please send us a screenshot of the error received, so we can investigate this for you?

Thank you for the additional information.

The REVIEW CIC messages containing the Ti/Hi Warning are old; they have already been fixed by providing the correct information on 20302993889186. This Warning has not been sent back again.

The REVIEW CIC dated 2nd July is still visible in the REPORTS > Sync Status report because no new CIC has been returned to replace the older one in the IM GUI .
