CIC 999 2802 WARNING On the highest hierarchy level both Number of Layers per non-GTIN Pallet/Non GT

I have setup the Pallet/CS/EA hierarchy where the pallet has a GTIN. In the hierarchy of all 3 I have listed the TI/Hi for the GTIN option, but I keep getting the message that I need the Number of layer per non-GTIN pallet (which this is not) and when I populate that information I get an error that I shouldn't have populated that information. I'm at a loss... what am I missing?

Hi there, I am trying to submit few styles and receive the error that is attached as screen shot. I didn't change any information and always add data for pallet GTIN/NON GTIN like that and this is the new error I'm receiving for all my case packs. Could you pls advise? This is urgent cause I have to submit the style today. Pls check the photos. Thank you so much

Hello, @MARKEDWARDS,

Welcome back to our customer community!

The "Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity" field, which represents the total number of items per pallet, should be equal to the TI * HI, so it should be equal to 152, based on the TI and HI information you provided. However, the current value is set to 1.

Please correct the "Count of This Specific Item in a Non-GTIN Logistic Unit/NonGTIN Pallet Quantity" attribute under the Item Management portal >  Hierarchy Information section of the GTIN. The error will also be cleared in Product Introduction after the correction is sent from the Item Management portal.

Should you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Hi Team,

Please assist with the same nature errors for our GTINs in IM:

00773479403404 and 00773479087758

We published these items as non GTIN pallet - it's just case level. Our pallets don't have GTINs. And all the requested corrections have been done long ago. But we are still receiving the CICs with the same error:

Hello, @Kateryna , thanks for continuing the use the community.

Thank you for reaching out via the 1WS customer community.  Since your question requires guidance from your GDSN provider(GS1 Canada), we recommend you contact them directly to ensure you are following their processes for content management.

Hi Theo,

Thank you, noted.I will.

The key point here was that we have lots of items published to Albertsons' with identical setup. But just a couple of them have been defined as having errors with Pallet Ti/Hi.  Also, we have never had GTIN pallets before.

Thank you,

Hi @Kateryna. This is a validation that was put in place a few years ago, but it should not prevent the flow of content over to Albertsons. The following Community article goes into more detail on this.

Thank you, @JustinW .

Yep, I am aware of it (by the way, I got to know it from your communityšŸ˜‰)

Please could you advise,

what is the best way to get rid of this CIC if the corrections have been done accordingly? Should we just re-publish the items to Albertsons'?

Thank you!!

Hello, @Kateryna, thanks for reaching out to us.
A republication will be needed only if the CIC message is "Rejected" so it can override it.
If the CIC is "Review", a correction and save on all levels (CA, PK, EA, and so on) would suffice.
Let us know if this helped and if further questions arise.

Thank you.

Hello @George_C ,

Thank you.

This is what was done before, but the Review status hasn't still disappeared yet.

This is what we have as of now on our end:

Is it possible to take a look, for example, at GTIN 00773479104455 on your side, please? (we have the same error for a couple of similar items, need just to understand why the CIC is still there).

Thank you very much!

Hello, @Kateryna , and welcome back

The review for GTIN 00773479104455 is from 05/21/2022, and I can confirm (via the Item History Report) the latest CIN (publication) that was successful to Albertsons for this item was on 11/21/2025.
Looking in Product Introduction, I see that this item is in an Albertsons workflow status of 'In Process Merchandising' since 11/21/2025.
The Review will only be cleared when an updated CIC is sent from Albertsons. I would recommend reaching out to your Albertsons Merchandiser to inquire why this item has been in this status for this long without progressing.
