Albertsons-submitted cakes in Warehouse

I have submitted 2 different products into an Albertsons warehouse and this is what they are telling me....

I’m Trying to approve some items in 1WS. I don’t know if the warehouse is set up wrong or the form the vendor submitted in 1WS has issues.

This item needs to come in dry grocery.  Can you look at this and tell me what it needs?

What can I possibly do on my end? I have resubmitted a display spreadsheet for one of the items.

Is the item you are currently working on the Sprinkle Top Fruitcake or a different one, please? If this is the item you are trying to sync with Albertsons, then I can confirm I can see all necessary attachments added for all distribution centers. 

The item is currently in an Albertsons status - In Process Merchandising. If it is pushed back to In Process Supplier, please reach out to your Albertsons contact so that they may confirm the reason behind them not accepting the current item submission. Then, if needed, we can assist with any changes Albertsons advises.

If, on the other hand, you need to submit another item to Albertsons and the one you were referring to was not the one I mentioned above, please either raise a ticket with us by following the steps here or help us with the GTIN to be able to assist further here in the Community.
