Challenge: Albertson's PI tool attribute Retail Unit - Consumer Selling Level - Not showing "Package" value when barcoded Pack GDSN published only shows as "Each" which Albertson's needs it to say "Package" which is causing processing issues for when a barcoded inner pack product is being sold to consumers.
Guidance per the 1WorldSync Support Team: The Retail Unit Consumer Selling values are actually auto populated and not submitted on your end.
Question: How to ensure that when a barcoded Inner Pack products are GDSN published that the Albertson's PI tool attribute Retail Unit - Consumer Selling Level value equals "Package" so Albertson's can process smoothly?

Hello Eric! Welcome to the Community. Attached below contains documentation provided by Albertsons on how the Retail Unit-Consumer Selling Level is populated. However, if the value does populate incorrectly we can escalate the GTIN on our end by resetting it and this will allow Albertson's backend system to reassign a new value once the item is submitted again. We've also provided additional information based on a series of your GTINs listed in your ticket CXTECH-26253. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Sadly, this resolution did not achieve the needed results for when a barcoded Inner Pack as it is still showing an "Each" value for the attribute "Retail Unit - Consumer Selling Level" and Albertsons is assigning the CIC to the lowest level not the barcoded inner pack package level per Albertsons.

Hello,
Unfortunately, this value is populated systematically by Albertson's backend system. Their system according to the documentation provided automatically populates the "Retail Unit - Consumer Selling Level" as the level that is set "True/Yes" for the "Base Unit Indicator".

This is still the issue with the PI tool attribute "Retail Unit - Consumer Selling Level:" showing as "Each " value not "Package" when we GDSN publish a Case + Inner Pack + Each product thus Albertson's is creating a CIC for the Each (lowest level) which should be created for the Package level for this attribute so they are not able to purchase the Inner Pack.
