I noticed a typo in my gtin how do i fix it?
Hello and thank you for reaching out. Where is your typo? Is it in the actual GTIN number or an attribute value?
it is in the actual GTIN of the case
You have a couple of options. You can either create a new GTIN or can request us to purge that one for you but that process does take a couple of days because we delete on our end and then have to send it to the Global Registry.
If deleting, you want to make sure the GTINs are not published to any trading partners under any of your hierarchies. Once confirmed, just complete the attached form and send it to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com and our tech team will delete the GTINs for you.
