Kroger has confirmed that recent DUNS validation failures are accurate. With system modernization efforts, Kroger’s platforms now validate DUNS numbers more precisely. In the past, less rigorous checks may have allowed invalid entries to pass.

If your item(s) previously failed due to a DUNS validation error, please resubmit. Be sure to review the returned error messages carefully to determine the appropriate corrective action.
Important: The DUNS number provided with your item submission must match the DUNS number registered in Kroger’s Supplier Hub. If they do not match, the submission will fail validation.

Hello! How do I add a DUNS number to my ordering unit within 1WS? Kroger has our updated DUNS number.
Hi @Graza, welcome to the Community. To add the DUNs number, you would need to add the Kroger playlist. This is done in the search bar for the playlist. Then, under Item Attribute Sets in the search bar for it, you can search Duns, and it will take you to that section in Item Management.
