Having an extremely frustrating time trying to top off my item with UNFI requirements. My item is a human food yet I'm being asked to provide information relating to hazardous material ratings, batteries, all kinds of irrelevant information categories. I could attempt to answer, but I fear I would be providing false information.
Also, despite being in the each UPC and also selecting "false" for the orderable unit indicator, I'm still being asked to provide the minimum and maximum ordering quantities. Which I have to give in eaches, as I'm in the each UPC. Answering this would imply that UNFI can order in eaches, but they cannot. It's all proving very difficult. I wish it was like the Albertsons PI, that's so easy to use!
Hi @ClaireW, thanks for reaching out here in the Community! So that we could look further into this for you, could you provide the GTIN(s) you are having this issue with?
Hi there, @Montavio and @CommunityJedi22
The situation was resolved in that I am now not sure that I should have been topping off my items, so perhaps the inclusion of non-food attributes was a problem that just didn't apply to me because I wasn't supposed to be doing that in the first place. Thanks for your input, and I apologize for wasting your time!
Claire
