Hello, we identified an issue in Product Introduction that is forcing users out of the application when performing basic actions like item searches, etc.  Our technology teams are investigating the issue and I will post updates here as they are available.

I have an update for you as our technology teams make updates.  We need to update the PI hotfix from Tuesday. We are looking to do so around 1 pm ET today.  Please be advised that during this time PI will be unavailable for an estimated 15 to 30 minutes.  This will not correct the current logoff issue but is a step in the process as we work to resolve it.

Our Applications team just confirmed that we are planning a hotfix for PI this afternoon that will make the system unavailable while it is applied.  We expect the hotfix to correct the issues associated with the login screen and users getting unexpected error messages.  I will post here when we know the exact timing of the hotfix.

Hello, our teams are working to apply the hotfix at 1:00 pm ET today.  PI will be unavailable for 15 to 30 minutes while the hotfix is applied.

Hello do you know if this error is stopping data to be transferred from 1WS to PI?

No, we have not seen evidence of the issue that forces users out of PI interrupting transactions from IM to PI.  If you have items you published but are not seeing in PI, I recommend you look at your worklist, Item History Report and/or Sync Status to see if any errors are preventing the publications.

This incident was resolved by our technology teams.  We received no new customer reports of this yesterday and our teams are not seeing it either.  We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this.
