I have been asked to correct the following:   I went into 1Worldsync production and see the items.  I click on Select Action and click on Edit single item.  I click on Take Action.  I see the information they wish for me to change but am unable to edit.   Also, wish to add another person from my company with login credentials.  

 

We received the following case samples and found these issues.

50794297944820 – UIN 745057

We measured a case height of 26.2” and weighed 38.4lbs

GDSN shows a case height of 22.75” an weight of 40.6lbs

50794297944813 – UIN 745047

We weighed 37.4lbs

GDSN shows 35.6lbs

When editing items in Product Introduction you will need to click on the Product Type link (Case, Each, etc):

This will take you to the hisrarchy page, to modify an individual item you will need to click the Product Type link again from this page:

As for adding new users to access Product Introduction please email accessmanagement@1worldsync.com and specify your Company Name, GLN, and the user that should be listed as the System Administrator (there is not a System Administrator currently assigned for your company), the System Administrator will then need to submit a ticket to technicalsupport@1worldsync.com to request additional users added to your GLN.

Hello,

I can see the items in PI when I go to "All Products" but they appear to be stuck in limbo. They aren't in Ready to List or any other queue. Is there a step that is missed, maybe approval by McLane before they appear?

Kindly try to send a REPUBLISH as NEW for the two items, then wait at least one hour for the items to show up under the Ready to List queue in Product Introduction.  Steps on how to REPUBLISH an item can be found HERE.

Please let us know if you run into further issues.

Yes, the GTIN's are: 00013413501088, 00013413501071, 00013413154208, 00013413545402

Hello @JenniferMontiel and thank you for the details provided.

The syncing issues are caused by the same attribute on the two Pallet levels of your hierarchies: 00013413501088, 00013413501071. Namely, the Platform Type Code is not accepted by your retailers for GDSN syndication:

If you have the dimensions of the Pallet available, than you can choose and of the ISO options as these will always be accepted by any retailer as a standard. 

You can also troubleshoot such an issue by going into the Sync Status report in Item Management and checking the synchronization status. Here is an example for 00013413501088:

For more details about why the synchronization failed, you can always check the Item History report as this will show you the attribute(s) causing the issue:

Regarding CINR/CIC/CIM 

I need more detail on the CINR/CIC/CIM with McLane including which system send it, what info sent, how is it sent and at what time?

We are unsure about what you were referring to by asking for which system is sending the information over. Sending the information to where, please?

We were looking at Prod AS2 ID MCLANECOAS2PRD (associated with GLN 0083967000016) - in the last month we haven't sent any of those:
CINR - this would be a response to a publication
CIC - we can see publish items so must be a distributor but there are no CIC filenames we've sent to their AS2
CIM - not sure what it is - looking at all traffic (not any specific AS2 ID) there are no CIM files sent or received in the last month - can you please clarify what this is?

Is there a more recent McLane Product Intro Guide? The screenshots/instructions don't match what I'm seeing. Thank you.

Hello @saheck, thank you for reaching out to our customer community. Welcome.

The Product Introduction for McLane is now slightly more simplified, with only 2 mandatory attributes needing to be added: Contains Hemp? and one cost in the Cost Information section. Once the 2 attributes are added, the information can be submitted to McLane for review, please.

For logging in now, you can either go to https://1worldsync.com/login/ and then Product Introduction - Production, or log in from Item Management Dashboard by clicking the Menu/ 9 dots to the right of the logo and choose Product Introduction:

In this second scenario it will not ask you to enter the username and password again.

That works great, thank you. Still not seeing what I should be seeing on pages 7 and 9 of the 2022 document. How do I add the missing attributes? I can see cost is mandatory, but not seeing how to add it and Submit. Thank you.

Can you please help us with the GTIN(s) you are having issues with? a potential issue for McLane is publishing items as Initial Load instead of New, in which case the Product Introduction status will be Historical and the item not editable. To resolve this, the item needs to be Republished from the Item Management as New (from the publications - manage publications screen), please, to override the initial publication type. Thanks
