Hello,I can see the items in PI when I go to "All Products" but they appear to be stuck in limbo. They aren't in Ready to List or any other queue. Is there a step that is missed, maybe approval by McLane before they appear? Company GLN: 0819388010002...

Understood. But 00819388021046 isn't the highest level item, 20819388020623 is and that has our HI & TI in there. So why is the error populating in what appears to be 00819388021046?
