Kroger API - Resolve CIC Message

Hi Team, 

Please advise how to proceed if Items published to Kroger API shows as SYNCHRONIZED, but also they showed up as synchronization errors, pls see the screen below.

Since your question requires guidance from your GDSN provider, we recommend you contact them directly to ensure you are following their processes for content management.
