How will we see / receive the IMF since the item will now be sent automatically to the Kroger Certified Items API? I see the acceptance, but our sales team is being asked for the IMF number.

Hello @AJ and thank you for continuing the use of the customer community. Welcome back.

The publications to the Certified Items API GLN will come up in both Worklist and Sync Status report. Either can be used as a source for the IMF once assigned by Kroger for your item.

Please bear in mind the items may not be published automatically to the Certified Items GLN if the initial publication to the Certification Queue was before the auto publications were enabled in our systems. If you have specific item(s) you would like us to have a look at, the GTIN(s) would be helpful. Thank you.

Thank you @Val for the assistance. I republished last night following the explanations you sent. I see now the items are Sync'd but I still do not see where it was sent to 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API for the IMF number.  I'm submitting to Harris Teeter for acceptance, does that have any impact on the process flow?

My buyer and sales is anxious to have this done soon as we start new items in less than two weeks.

Hello @AJ  and thank you for utilising our customer community.

I looked at the items mentioned above and while the publications show up as synchronized they also have a publication fail status.

Here is the message I see about why they failed:

R02044: PUBLICATION IMPACT: Only one Product Image (PRODUCT_IMAGE) can be designated with Digital Asset Primary Indicator (externalFileLink/primaryImage) = TRUE. This primary image should be the main front facing image which represents the product. Item (00071279302522)
2. R02063: 6 "Product Images" - Exactly 1 Required Primary Front and up to 5 additional UNIQUE Facings ( Back, Left, Right, Top, Bottom).

You might need to look at the images you have and make sure that they meet the requirements Korger has Kroger Product Image Requirements and make sure that only one image is marked as the primary image as well.

Resending the item should be enough and under normal circumstances and it should publish itself to the Certified Items for Kroger API after everything is in order.

Thank you @alien  with the merger of Syndigo and 1WS, is it possible there are image conflicts? I only have three images per item and Kroger is only getting two of them, and only one primary per item.

Hello @AJ, thank you for the update. 

There should not be any issues related to the merger. For Kroger it is mandatory for any product image to be at least 1000 pixels in any direction and have a unique Facing and a Background of either White or Transparent selected, please. If the issue persists, can you please let us know which GTIN(s) you are having issues with? Thank you.

I republished all items as NEW last night and they reflect Synchronized, but no indication they have been forwarded to 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API for the IMF number. These are the GTINs I'm trying to get IMF numbers for my buyer.

Hello @AJ, and thank you for the reply. 
We checked the 4 items provided, all of which have the 0838016000116 - Certified Items for Kroger API subscribed to them, but the items failed due to an image issue. 
They have the External File Link under the External Digital Assets section that creates a conflict with your current images.
Please check and correct the images on the EAs and ensure only one is set as the primary front-facing.
We also recommend removing that information from the External File Link on both CA and EA  levels, saving and checking the reports Sync Status for Progress, as the current status under the report is FAILED - SENDING TO SUBSCRIBER.
Once it is updated and corrected, it will be published to the Certified Items for the Kroger API.

@Val  good morning, it seems there are multiple images associated my GTINs. I am admin in 1WS, and we have another user loading data for Syndigo. It seems from the image names my counterpart has loaded images through Syndigo and I have loaded through 1WS.
If a customer doesn't use Syndigo but does use 1WS, will they receive the images loaded via Syndigo?

I need to clear up the roles and responsibilities on my side of the data entry but need to know the implications for our customers and what they will receive.
