Kroger API GLN

I am seeing error messages saying Kroger own brand items need to be published to the Kroger/Syndigo GLN.  Am I assuming correctly that this GLN replaces the existing Kroger GLN I have had set up with 1WorldSync ?  If I am correct, then I would need to publish all Kroger brand items to the Kroger/Syndigo GLN, then to the API certification GLN to make sure everything is correct and the last step would be for final publication.  

Please advise if this is correct or what steps I should be taking.  As always, thank you in advance for your help!!!
