When attempting to top off in Product Introduction for Kroger, the below section on the Hierarchy Page for GTIN 10011110660678 is blank, although the attributes were populated in Item Management during publication. The attributes are greyed out not allowing the user to populate manually in PI/VIP. Why is this happening and what is the solution to address this?

I have reviewed your request and, to be able to populate information on that row of attributes in Product Introduction for Kroger, there must be an item designated as the Consumer Unit. Without this designation, the option will not be available.
Please make sure to mark the "Consumer Unit Indicator" as "True" in Item Management, on the item that is intended to be sold to the consumer, in order to correct this issue.
