Kroger ask to

Hi, could you please clarify where can I found UPC of our item in Kroger VIP? And how it should be done? 

Kroger ask us to update consumer UPC...I can't find the place where i can do it. 

Kroger: "The Cheese Danish only needed a new consumer since the case is already an existing item. Can you please go into VIP and update the consumer upc on the Cheese Danish to this – 0001111085556?"

Do they mean i need to change the GTIN??
if so, does it mean that i have to publish a new item with the new GTIN from scratch?

This item's GTIN as of now is  00773479404036.

Could you look into it, please and advise?

Hi @Kateryna thanks for the follow-up. Once a GTIN is entered in the system it cannot be changed. So with Kroger asking this item to be built using a specific GTIN a new build using the GTIN Kroger provided would be needed. Once built you would then need to publish to Kroger and complete the Vendor Item Portal steps.
