I have received a notice in Kroger VIP that one or more of the classes you submitted does not match the class that Kroger has for this hierarchy. This item had been in complete status so I am not sure what changed and I do not know where to look. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
The items you have submitted in the past would be open to any attribute or class changes that Kroger makes. You would see the new requirements once the validations process against your product. Kroger would determine that the item is missing the new requirements.
The error is going to be on the consumer unit of your hierarchy. We will go into the item and look for Classification Specification Specific Attributes. You look for the View/Modify Attributes, click to open.
Once open you will be able to see the Class you have applied. You have 002 Can Vegetables - Shelf Stable
This is where you clear the class you applied and then search for the new class. The error Kroger sent back mentions Class 080.
We would apply the new class, validate the hierarchy and resubmit to Kroger.
