How is the cheese sold to the recipient if by the case, then the consumer unit would be yes.
The base unit would be yes as long as the cheese inside the case has no GTIN.
are the cases loaded onto a pallet with a GTIN assigned or is the case considered the Dispatch Unit?
The invoice would be yes if they Invoice by the case.
Ordering would be correct if the recipient orders by the case
