Published items not showing up in Kroger VIP

I published some tee shirts, eaches and cases over an hour ago, maybe even 2 and they show published but are not showing up as ready to list on the Kroger item maintenance side. Are they stuck somewhere?

Thank you,

Devon

Hello @devonparish

Welcome back to the 1WS Kroger Community!

I've reviewed your publications to Kroger, and your items are presently in the 'Ready to List' status, awaiting top-off and final submission.

So is it normal for it to take hours to show up?  Just curious as it has happened before. Sometimes it is super quick. I just struggle with waiting that amount of time for them to show up for me to continue working on them.

Hello @devonparish

Occasionally, we might experience a backlog in feeding to Kroger VIP, which could extend the process.

Typically, your items will reach Kroger VIP during the next ingestion cycle, which occurs every 15 minutes.

However, in rare instances, please remain patient, knowing that your items will reach Kroger VIP soon.

Hello,

It is happening again today. I published items hours ago and they are taking so long to show up in VIP for me to continue the process.  Are you able to look into my account and see how it is taking so long if the cycle runs every 15 minutes. At this rate it will be a month before I get these products set up with Kroger.

Hello @devonparish

Kroger VIP has experienced backlog for most of the day. Our team has worked diligently to clear it, and the queue is now flowing smoothly.

As mentioned earlier, this is not a regular occurrence, and it will not take a month for you to submit your items to Kroger.

Thank you for your patience. You should soon see your items in Kroger VIP.

Sorry for being so impatient. I am on a deadline and between yesterday and today it felt like a normal occurrence. I can understand and appreciate queues getting backed up and appreciate your team getting it resolved.  Is there a way to have an email go out letting vendors know that it is backed up or there is an issue? It is hard to plan other projects within the day when this project is backed up. Just some thoughts and I really do appreciate the quick response and help.

Hello @devonparish and thank you for your response.  We completely understand.  Normally, when we have impactful system issues we post them in the Community in the Maintenance Flsah Messages.  If you subscribe to that page you will be alerted anytime we post there with a system issue or important update.

For yesterday, this would not have helped as we did not post the backlog.  I am looking into why we did not know sooner about it and will work with our teams to further improve this process so we can let our customers know when system issues occur.

Thank you so much! I got subscribed to Maintenance Flash messages.  I didn't know that existed so I appreciate that tip.  I also appreciate you looking into the system issue.  Busy time of year.
