Kwikee is no longer a Kroger-approved Image Source

Yesterday communication was sent that "On February 25, 2023, Kroger will no longer accept Kwikee as an approved image source. As a result of this change, any items with Kwikee as an image source will fail to sync." Does this mean that images that were captured by Syndigo who acquired Kwikee will fail to sync also, or is Syndigo an approved image source provider?

1Ws and Kroger are working to revise this note and a new one will be sent.  Kroger will not deprecate the Kwikee valid value for the image source. It will remain valid in IM and DC. We're prepping another email to go out momentarily that states Kwikee will still be accepted as an image source in IM and VIP and no action is needed at this time.

We apologize for any confusion.

Hello and welcome back.  I am reviewing that update this morning as well.  My understanding is Kwikee was bought out and in the examples I saw, the Kwikee image URLs were not valid anymore when we copied them and tried to find them online.  As a result, suppliers who were using Kwikee should update these Kwikee URLs in the External Files Links with the new image URLs.
