On the Kroger scorecard, we get a list of items that are shown as missing in VIP. However, when I look these items up in Product Introduction, they appear as complete. I have tried to republish as initial load and submit. However, the next month, the same items appear on the missing in VIP list. How can I get these resolved?

Good morning and thank you for using the newly launched 1WorldSync Community Platform. Yours is a good question that we discussed with our Kroger liaison and with the Kroger Supplier Engagement Team (SEG). To resolve this issue, please work directly with the SEG. The Supplier Engagement Team asks that you provide the product status in VIP along with a copy of the scorecard to ItemMDMVIP@kroger.com.
