Good Day, I submitted the below items and now it under "review". Below is the message popped up before I submitted, What does this means?
KR1325 The brand/sub-brand for this item(s) (10608863691907,00608863745313,00608863745320,00608863745306) has not been seen in VIP previously. Accurate brand names and the consistency of their spelling and capitalization is critical. Continuing with this brand/sub-brand will confirm this name as a new/additional brand name in VIP for your company so that other similar branded items will not receive this validation message. For New items, a new brand name will create a new pricing group within Kroger systems. Please verify the entered brand/sub-brand name.

Hello. When I look in VIP at the GTIN you provided, I see your Brand Name is different than what we show for you, Please see below and correct it to Proof Company, LLC

Hello @moproof I recommend you reach out to your contacts at Kroger and ask them how they have your Brand listed on their end. They would need to update to what you are sending or you would need to update so it matches what they have and then you can try again...

The prompt you see in a product will always appear when working on a GTIN. The message is advising you to be consistent when you submit a brand name. Kroger would like to avoid having your brand name in submitted in multiple ways. The error will always appear before you attempt to submit, and you can just enter through it. The purpose is to ask suppliers to be consistent with the way they submit their brand name.

I am getting both of these errors (KR1325 & after PI4002) in the Kroger VIP. Are you saying I need to withdraw publication in IM, wait 25 hours, make the change and republish? We have a few sub brand names, it is possible Kroger was not aware of them

Could you provide the GTIN related to the errors?
If you are receiving the error message below, it means the Kroger top-off or hierarchy information has not been completed. The message indicates that this is a NEW item in Kroger VIP.
I recommend reviewing the Kroger VIP training videos. Afterward, complete all Kroger hierarchy and top-off information before submitting to Kroger.

Here is an article explaining When Do I Have to Wait 25 Hours to Update My Item/Hierarchy?.
Items 00769175003222 and 00769175002874 have been listed but not yet topped-off and submitted to Kroger. The next step is to add Hierarchy Data attributes for your items and, to get you started you can use 101 Basic - Hierarchy Level Data in Product Introduction for Kroger.
You can also use the Kroger Manual here Kroger VIP - Reference Manual for GDSN Information Providers and you can start from chapter 3.3 Part 2 – Populate Hierarchy Attributes for these 2 specific cases.
