Kroger Image

When trying to get my pictures into Kroger this is the message that I get.

• KRDAM16328 One Digital Asset or External File Link with Type of Information = “Product Image”, Image Source = “1WorldSync”, “Gladson” or “Kwikee”, Image Facing = “Front”, and Image Background populated is required. If there is no image because packaging is not final, add an External File Link with Type of Information = “Product Image” and Image Source = “Product Final Packaging Not Available Yet”. For GDSN items, you may need to correct data in the data pool. Item (00851034008315).

Hello and yes, Kroger asks for very specific details as they relate to your images.  How can I help?  What is your question?

Hello, we toggled the DAM feature in UMA and see your images are rendering in DAM for VIP.  I see you have an image that meets these requirements and it validates successfully.  Can you please try again on your end and advise?

The pictures validated but this morning they are not working once again.....please help!

Hello, I just took a look and the hierarchy for GTIN 00851034008315 validates and so does the item at the Each level.  I see the response from Kroger in the Comments area for today: "CIC999:Item Returned for Review:VENDOR TO RESUBMIT|There is an issue with one or more image provided. 00851034008315 (1WS/FRONT/WHITE) Image not found in selected Source Provider. Please verify that the image exists as expected with the proper facing."

Please keep this note and rule in mind when submitting images to Kroger:  Kroger is looking for one front-facing, white background image hosted by one of their preferred vendors that meets their image specifications for consumer units. 

I do not see a front-facing image for that GTIN that meets these requirements.  Please take a look and let me know your questions.
