My consumer Items are in there

I have looked and they are in there, why is it telling me they are not in there?

Welcome back and I would be happy to help you resolve this. Kroger has the following validations regarding Data Quality Checks on Nutrifacts.

Suppliers might get back a CIC message that indicates some nutrient information is missing.

The Nutrient Basis Quantity Type Code that should be used is BY_SERVING, otherwise no nutrient content flows downstream in Kroger’s system.

What I noticed when I reviewed the Nutrient facts on your item, I see a discrepancy on the Nutrient Basis Quantity Type Code. The documentation from Kroger indicates that the Quantity Type Code should be BY_SERVING. You have By Package or Container, So I would convert your nutrients to By Serving and try to resubmit to Kroger.
