We received this message in the comments section, we double checked and there is no duplicated image both on Item Management and VIP. Can you let me know where to edit? Thank you.

After reviewing your display hierarchy, your item was returned due to the Image Orientation Type Code on your images. This attribute should be left BLANK.
Please remove it from all images, then Validate, Save, and Submit.
