Customers can sometimes encounter this custom CIC response message from Kroger in the Comments section in PI/VIP. In order to resolve this issue, the best practice is to contact your Buyer at Kroger and discuss the status and if anything else is needed to resolve it. This is not an error that 1WS can clear for you as it relates to the Kroger systems.
