IM not working

Good Morning, IM is not working this morning and we have not received any notifications of the issue. Please advise when it will be resolved. Simple Search and Sync Status do not respond to queries. System just "spins" then errors out - 404. Thank you!

PS... this platform is not working well either as it jumps from IM to this board. Totally screwy today!
