Hi,
I received the following comments below in VIP and am not sure what it means because it is not giving me a direct reason. Has anyone seen this before and if so please let me know what you may have done when you had it. Thank you.

I noticed right away that you have the Kroger Class applied to the Case and the Package. The Kroger Class is only required on the Consumer unit or EACH of your hierarchy. I would start there and if it gets accepted.
Please let me know and we can monitor the to make sure the issue is resolved.

That's so strange. I have done this before and never got this error. I will try it that way and see what happens. Thank you. I will let you know if I have any other questions.

Hi- So I contacted the category manager and I was told it was showing the company as private label instead my actual company name. I looked in 1Worldsync to see how I sent it, and it shows my company name listed. I also looked in VIP and don't see it. Do you happen to know of other places to look?

Looks like Kroger accepted successfully, it was assigned a new IMF number!
