Weight and Dimensions: Net Content - 2 options - Wakefern

We have published a few new items to Wakefern and they are asking us to do some changes. We have published the last 3 GTINs to other customers and we have not had any problems with these fields. We would like to keep the 2 net content options, is there a way to keep both? Does the order matter when setting them up?

GLN:0076950000001

GTIN: 20076950209347 and 20076950209040

• Currently Net Content is set as 16/count and 1/ea in this order
• Ask is to change to 16 count vs. 1 each

GTIN:20076950400010, 20076950400027, and 20076950400034

• Currently Net Content is set as 1/count and 1/ea in this order
• Ask is to change to fluid ounces vs. eaches

Hello @Charmaine thanks for reaching out in the Community. For Net Content, all values entered would be sent to all recipients when published. I have verified that all have been sent to Wakefern. When the recipient (Wakefern) gets the content they would ingest into a backend system, how that is done we cannot say but the order would not impact Net Content Count for the first set of GTINs and Net Content Fluid Ounces for the second set of GTINs being sent.

Thank you, @JustinW  Is this the best way to display when we have more than one net content info? We just want to make sure we are doing this correctly.

Hi! @Charmaine, yes, if you have an item that has multiple Net Content values that are only relevant to certain retailers, you can always specify which Retailer gets which value by clicking the green plus sign seem here:

Thank you @Montavio. I checked on that but it only let's me add another Net Content value but I am not able to specify which retailer gets which value.😕

Hi @Charmaine! Thanks for your follow-up. Sorry for the delayed response and for any confusion my last response may have caused. You can add multiple Net Content values, but it would be up to the Retailer to accept the Net Content they prefer. Though you may not be able to specify where each specific Net Content value goes using Item Management, all values will be sent to all of the  Recipients the item has been sent to.
