Hi! I see that "initial load" should be used if the item already exists in the back end and "new" is only for items that don't exist yet. So I published my first two as "initial load" but then saw in the UNFI FAQ document the word NEW (see highlighted image). Do you know which option I should be using? Thank you!

Hi @christyklg, thanks for reaching out! I do see where the term 'new' was used to describe a publication in the document you sent. In context, it does not seem like this passage is referencing the publication type of 'new', but rather your first publication(s) to them in general. It is still a good rule of thumb to consider if the item already exists in the Recipient's back-end systems and if the item is already on shelves for purchase. If either of those is true, it is likely the item should be published as Initial Load unless instructed otherwise by the Recipient.
