Steps to START Synchronizing GDSN Data with UNFI Conventional

1. First, load your item data into your home data pool.
   • Load all GTIN hierarchy levels – Each, Inner Pack, Case, Pallet, etc.
   • Make sure orderable unit and consumer unit flags are set correctly.

2. Fill out UNFI online Trading Partner Form, found at https://1worldsync.com/unfi.

   • UNFI is currently subscribed to Target Market “US”, so you shouldn’t expect a direct subscription from us to your GLN.

3. Once you’re set up in UNFI systems for Data Sync, publish your items to our 0041130079153 GLN, being sure to use the correct publication type matching your intent:

   Do you intend to synchronize existing UNFI items? If so, publish as INITIAL LOAD.
     o You can ask us to provide a list of already-existing items via email: datasync@unfi.com

OR

Do you intend to create new items in UNFI systems? If so, publish as NEW.
     o After publication, new items need to be “topped off” and submitted in our eNewItem portal:                     https://svharbor.com/
