Error Message - Attribute Value Must Be In List - U.S. Foodservice

Good morning team!

I continue to receive the "Attribute Value Must Be In List" error message with a number of customers.

The first time I came across it was with Performance Food Group and now with U.S. Foodservice.

Is there any way that I can find out what attribute they are referring to so that I can fix it without contacting the customer?

Thanks in advance!

It was my pleasure! Unfortunately, these CIC's are coming from the Trading Partners as a response to a publication or an update so I'm not sure what they changed recently.

Whenever our customer are going through this issue we always recommend they reach out to the trading partners or their data pool as they are the only ones that can work on resolving it by either telling you the value that needs to be updated so they can accept it or they can update their portal to accept the values that you are sending.

Please let us know when you have additional information about what values need to be updated as I am sure other customers would love to know. Thank you!

I forgot to include the screen shot.  Please, see attached.

Hello @nancyVigo , thank you for reaching out!

What we would recommend would be to download a Lead Sheet (FUSE) with an already synchronized item (preferably a recent one) by the trading partner and the one that is causing you trouble and compare the two product's information.

Please keep in mind after downloading the file with your two items to unhide all columns and rows in the Excel file. I've attached the Documentation - FUSE Quick Sheets as they will provide you with the steps on how to download the file.

The only other option would be to follow my colleague Dan's solution and compare the values you have on the item with the ones from our Participant Dictionary (Valid Values Tab) and see what values have (na) under the GDSN CIN column and modify them to valid ones.

@Julie, thanks for the prompt response!

I will try your suggestions.  I was wondering if there is some kind of update I missed in 1WS that is causing these error messages.  I never encountered them in the past and have noticed (after posting my question) that other people have been having the same issue.

@Julie and @Montavio, our team just heard back from PFG and we were told that they are aware of this issue and their GDSN provider (Syndigo) has been making some updates to correct this issue.

We also reached out to U.S. Foods, but have not heard back from them.  It may be a similar situation.

Thank you so much for letting us know! There indeed might be a similar situation as they both use Syndigo, however, it's great that you reached out to them as well.
