Why do I get error message when I try to upload digital asset photo?

I get an error message but does not tell me why I cannot upload digital asset photo?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out via the customer community.  Please check the Item History Report for any issue that could be impacting your image upload.  if that doe snot help, please share an example GTIN and we can take a closer look.
